Drafted in Phase 4 and approved by Tom. Note what does not go here: there is no cancellation policy to publish and no list of owner requirements, both by Tom’s decision — see docs/BRIEF.md. What remains is the basics of what is agreed when a booking is made, and how the two forms’ data is handled alongside the privacy policy.
