Required before launch, because both forms collect personal data — and the dog details form takes an address, an emergency contact and medical notes. Must state what is collected, why, where it goes (Tom’s own machine, then his inbox — nothing is stored on the server), how long it is kept, and how to request deletion. Drafted in Phase 4 and approved by Tom; these are his business’s promises, not ours.
